We guarantee in writing a 2 year warranty on all exterior surfaces and 3 year warranty on all interior surfaces. We start off every job by meticulously preparing all surfaces to the highest possible standard. We use only top quality paint, primer and stain products to guarantee a long lasting job. In most instances you can expect the paint job to last 5, 10 or more years depending on what has been painted and the conditions you live in. (Some conditions do apply to our guarantee)
Every painter who steps on our job sites is covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), which means in the event there were any injuries on site you the homeowner are not liable. We also have $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance coverage against any property damage.
All areas are covered by plastic sheets to prevent any dust from settling on your belongings. All floors are covered with canvas drop clothes to protect against paint spills. Once the job is complete we do a thorough clean up and move all the furniture back in place.
We use paint products which are 100% VOC free. This paint is water-based and has zero volatile compounds found in many oil-based paints. Only paints that have a government approved seal of Zero-VOC are safe to use for new born babies and people with asthma. It is very important to ask your painting contractor to show the seal of approval on the paint cans prior to applying in on the walls.
Yes. We offer stucco removal, wallpaper removal and cabinet painting services. In addition, we have worked with some extraordinary craftsman over our time in the business. We can recommend other trades that we deem to provide high-quality services.
We kindly ask our clients to remove all picture frames from the walls and move the furniture into the middle of the room. If you are unable to move heavy furniture we will be able to assist you. Exterior projects involving doors are required to stay open for a minimum of 3 hours to dry properly.
We do not ask for any payment upfront. Only once the job is complete in full and you are 100% satisfied with all the work do we ask for the payment. This policy applies to all jobs valued under $5,000. Any job valued above the threshold, we ask for a small deposit amount to cover a portion of the material costs.
Yes. We use eco-friendly paint and primer products that have low-to-zero VOC. On top of that, we recycle all of our garbage and wash our brushes with minimal amount of water usage.
$250. This includes all materials, paint and 2 coats on the walls and 1 coat on the trim.
Yes. We pride ourselves on being a professional and trustworthy company. All of our employees pass a thorough background check before coming on-site. We have previously worked with clients who have been in this situation and would be happy to provide references upon request.
An average estimate takes about 30-60 min. In this time we will ask you to show us the areas to be painted, take our measurement and discuss various options that you would like us to include in the quote. We can provide quotations on the spot for smaller, more straightforward jobs. For larger projects we typically take it home to write up more detailed quotations. You can expect to receive detailed quotations by email within 5-12 hours of the estimate.
No. We have a thorough process to find and train the right people that fit into our culture. All of the workers on site are employees of Picture Perfect Painters and are fully covered by our WSIB and Liability Insurance.

On average a 3000 sq.ft home with standard preparation work, 2 coats on walls, 1 coat on ceilings and 1 coat on doors/trim will take 4-6 days to complete.
We offer clients with a tight deadline the ability to expedite the painting process. To do this we may need access to the house overnight for our crews to work rotating shifts. In addition, we offer a 10% Realtor's discount. Just show us your realtor's business card and we will take off 10% of the job total. It's that easy! We can work simultaneously with other trades in the house. Nevertheless, it is always best to have painters come in after all the work has been completed to put the finishing touches on your property.
